Why do we do this? What? Anything. So much of it's automatic, we are on cruise except that the brakes aren't usually ready to engage. We get up, we go to work, we come home, have a drink, watch TV, go to bed. I suspect that I described most of our routines (with the exception of those with children, but these folk, have the same routine too).

I have a facebook account............ I never post (really I got it to assist clients with the beast). I wonder about the obsession with Facebook. Why rip your soul away and throw it out on the fire to be picked apart by others. And if it's mearly connecting. Remember telephones (they used to do more than texting).
